Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SDIWAN. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Acceptable Use

You may not use SDIWAN for illegal activities, harassment, distributing malware, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (see the Refund Policy page linked in the footer), including a 30-day money-back guarantee on first subscription purchases. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary outages or performance variations.

Limitation of Liability

SDIWAN is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
